I just started it and surprisingly the hunger wasnt near as bad as I thought it would be. I actually feel alot better when im on the fasting portion of the day since my body isnt digesting food constantly.
I do my cardio in the morning in a fasted state and then my weight training later on in the evening after a meal or two then I get 50% of my calories post workout. I love it
I tryed it out this morning and I felt great! Im still not hungry but im sure ill be ready when 2 o'clock rolls around haha so I should have my biggest meal after my evening workout or when I eat at 2? I just want to make sure I get it right.
Ive been looking into the whole 16 hour fast thing but I do my running early in the morning around 6-7 and lifting later on in the evening @ around 6-7 pm. I was wondering if anyone could help me figure when I should have my "breakfast"
Yeah ive sacrificed alot of muscle to get my 3 mile time down and get my 20 pullups and 100 situps. I think I might be overthinking it now that its getting closer haha.
Yeah I know I just want to go in as prepared as possible. I dont want to just make it through basic, i want to be a squad leader and I know that takes being in boss shape.
