    I'm lazy, so I prefer to do my cardio right after a weight lifting session as my heart rate is already rev'd up and in a good zone for burning fat. ....efficiency.

    I get bloods done every 2 weeks when on cycle and after. I have never ran across anything over the counter that legit raises test levels to a degree worth purchasing aside from D-Aspartic Acid. Other then that, test is good for test. :)
