I'm thinking to start bulking and need your advices for successful bulking.
OK.. I'm not so lean (actually im not lean at all), but im not soo fat, just between (more slim) but still without 6pack and etc.
The summer season is near end so im not going on beach soon and im thinking to start...

Actually I started thinking about starting mass... There is not really time for summer,abs,beach and that stuff so maybe i should start mass (diet) and good training so i can finish till March...

I'm on diet at the moment so I think to start with Full body training program who look like this:
Mon:
Squats 3x6-8
Leg press: 3x6-8
Incline bench press: 4x10-12
One arm dumbbell row: 4x10-12
Rear delts flyes: 4x10-12
Skull crushers: 4x10-12
Barbell curls: 4x10-12

What about to make plan for 20 weeks (if you are so much overweight)
Diet: Carbs cycling (200-125-50-150-100-50-50) this rotation for 4 weeks without cardio just weight training
After that 4 weeks just...
