I do 30min after lifting 3 times a week. Usually run at 6-7mph on the treadmill or use the stair stepper. Then on sat/sun I go for a long run around 5 miles. It depends on the body type, personally I have never had any problems loosing weight.
Lately I have been doing chest and tris together. Each week I either do chest first or tris first. I usually do this for a few months then switch to doing chest only and having a day that is tris/bis. I think the important thing is to switch it up and not always do the same workout!!!
I workout around 6am before going to work. I'm usually more motivated in the mornings and the gym is less crowded. Also after lifting in the am I have all day to eat and build more muscle
