Work got really crazy and I had to travel quite a bit. I have no motivation to use a hotel gym too.
Didn't buy any groceries. Just some liquor/wine. Ate out everyday
I didn't lift a weight for 4 months, and under ate a lot. When I did eat it was like pizza and liquor. I didn't lose that much mass, mostly bodyfat but all my strength. Then again I used to lose strength when I didn't lift for 2 weeks.
Everyone was giving me a hard time at the gym. Some bros...
Holy crap I lost my strength. I'm here DB pressing 15s for 15 reps. I used to press 100x10 4 months ago. Everyone here probably thinks I got off gear or something lol. Got bertstared by some old friends here
All the mass I lost was off my upper body lol. I haven't hit legs with weights in a long long time. I do the stairmaster to train them.
Cmon, I have to wear dress pants or a whole suit to work everyday. My pants have to look slim and stylish especially that I'm only 5'8 :)
