    Both. The dht is what keeps E at bay.DHT isn't converted into estrogen. Even better, DHT actually blocks the aromatase ezyme which converts testosterone into estrogens. Thus, in addition to being stronger than testosterone, DHT is a potent aromatase inhibitor.

    Yes, twice/wk seems ideal. But im thinking once/wk would be ok due to the decanoate ester lasting so long -so there’s a lot of buildup. (Obviously wouldn’t be taking advantage of the short esters but for trt purposes seems ok)

    Both. Androhard currently and Epilean Shred in past (orals). Androhard is much more efficient due to transdermal delivery. So you don’t need to use as high of dose as orals (as a lot is destroyed by liver & GI system)
