I space dosages of things out exactly the same, as close to twelve hours apart as possible. Usually upon waking, on an empty stomach, at around 5/6am and then again, with food, at around 5/6pm in the evening.
I know the recommendation was to take ARA fasted, but have you noticed any difference in effects if/when you've taken your pre-workout ARA with a coffee and/or pre-workout?
So for somebody like myself, who resistance trains 4-5 times per week, would four caps every day be a better dosing schedule than six caps pre-workout on workout days only?
It's been a few years since I last took ARA/X-Gels, but I picked up a couple bottles whilst it was on sale.
Just wondering if there was ever a conclusion to the dosing everyday vs dosing only on workout days debate?
Sorry, I meant preventative as in I'll have it to hand from the first signs of estrogenic side effects way, not from a take it before anything starts way.

I'd only use the SERM for the PCT, if Proviron needs a full PCT.
It wouldn't be a full cycle or stacked with anything else, it would soley be a low dose to lower my SHBG and increase my free testosterone levels.
