Got a few more days on this cycle.
I'm up to 178lbs from 162lbs and I've been eating like ****, def don't feel I've been eating enough, but the gains are inevitable.
I felt the notorious lethargy from the DMZ the past couple weeks but it's fleeting and hardly debilitating. Perhaps that's due...
Squats today:
First squat day on cycle so no reference point for progress. But the numbers are looking ok.
2 sets 135x10
1 set 185x8
2 sets 225x8
3 sets 275x5
1 week in, and experiencing little to no sides... other than my nutz shrinking a bit I feel really good, hella alpha, strong, and my entire body is in a constant state of pumped.
I love this ****. Shouts out to vicious labs for the fire epi and DMZ.
Alright those last two posts were excitedly quickly written at the gym after I weighed myself. Let me give you a little more detail on how this is going.
So I dunno if I'm a hyper-responder to DMZ or maybe cause I've never taken any real anabolics before, but I'm already feeling this DMZ...
