    Got a few more days on this cycle. I'm up to 178lbs from 162lbs and I've been eating like ****, def don't feel I've been eating enough, but the gains are inevitable. I felt the notorious lethargy from the DMZ the past couple weeks but it's fleeting and hardly debilitating. Perhaps that's due...
