Cool. I'll just run it once a day pre-workout. I can definitely say the mono made my strength go up. I have been on mtest for about 5 weeks and have only another few days left, not sure if it's doing anything. Let's see how I feel when I stop it.
I just started a run of mtest last week, does anyone see an issue only running 4 caps a day? I'm 52 and just trying to optimize my low test levels (TT 367ng/dl, FT 41pg/ml). I need to get bloods done in 8 weeks for my cholesterol so I can check test levels again to see if the mtest is helping.
