    This is sound advice, as I discovered. I needed to take a deload week towards week 4 PCT. Even though I decreased my workout volume, I was still training to failure. I over estimated just how bad my recovery was going to be, and it caused me to get sick TWICE. The deload helped tremendously...

    Very good. Some times too much isn't a good thing. However, something of note - week 4 PCT, I ran out of Post Cycle/Unleashed, but added in Celucor P4 and LG T-911, and my libido bounced right back up. Along with a week of low volume, non-failure training, I'm unstoppable now :) Live and learn...
