I thought you were saying olympic squatters will eventually damage their knees? Is that not what you meant? I argee with the form stuff, was that's all you were commenting about in my other post?
If you are cutting 3 full body workouts are probably fine. I would build them around the 3 big lifts with whatever accessory movements you want. I like HIT training, I could probably help you a lot more if you posted a sample routine. Also I agree with that other guy, my body fat is about 10% in...
Who said anything about improper form? You think ATG is improper form? Full squats are not bad for the knees, in fact it strengthens the knees. This is not a debatable topic. Yes it is true you shouldn't be rounding your lower back but some of us are flexible enough to go all the way down...
I'm surprised that there are more votes for parallel. ATG squats are Superior in my opinion because a fuller range of motion recruits more muscle fibers in any exercise. And it is not bad for your knees at all. You think lifters who compete in the Olympics have bad knees? **** no, so why would...
I do good mornings after my deadlifts, most people tend to be quad dominant so I would throw in 1 thing that's just for hams. I only do one set of deadlifts a week but I go to failure so I can't do another set with the same weight ever lol. If I could I would. Same with squats for me.
If you really feel like you can recover that fast try 3 on 1 off. That way you aren't going 6 days in a row lifting. Google DC stretching or loaded passive stretching. Loaded passive stretching really helped me fill out my chest. You can try it.
I wouldn't work out 6 days a week unless your on cycle. I have never heard of either of those routine so I don't know exactly what they say to do but I am assuming you are relatively new to lifting so I would suggest keeping it a little more simple and just build a routine around some basic...
From what I have seen there is an endless amount of ways to train and gain size/strength. It's best to do a wide variety of things and see what works best for you. Some people respond to low volume such as HIT and some people do very well on high volume like German volume training. You can't...
That's a nice simple routine, pretty similar to mine actually. But I wouldn't work out 6 days a week, I hit it 4 times a week (5 at the most when I am feeling up to it) and find that pretty good for growth. I assume you are going pretty much til failure most sets using that amount of volume? How...
