i haven’t been able to compare since I haven’t weighed out what I’m putting into the vape. I do sublingual morning and night and vape sometimes if I’m sitting around in my house. Overall I think sublingual is easier.

Im pretty happy with this kit. I think vaporizing is nice for instant relief but sublingual has longer lasting effects and is a little easier to dose
I’m curious if anyone has any experience with this drug. It seems to be effective for improved endurance, recovery, and mood. I’m particularly interested if there was any rebound effect coming off of it and any unwanted side effects.

Cbd has helped with pain for me. It’s also made me a happier, more social person without the memory loss and lack of motivation that I’d experience from marijuana.

true. i was replying to him suggesting that he add extra sugar from chocolate syrup. it's more effective to replace both muscle and liver glycogen since a body running on only liver glycogen is not as strong as one running on both muscle and liver.
sugar is half fructose and half glucose. fructose can only replenish liver glycogen and is not a healthy carb. complex carbs get broken down into only glucose which replenishes both muscle and liver glycogen. so eat less sugar, more complex carbs.
i wouldn't listen to this guy. saying that phenylpiracetam is too strong a stimulant and then recommending ephedrine and caffeine and a list of other nootropics in its place makes no sense. except that he's repping his company.
if you're going to carb load i would increase the amount you are eating. 75-150g won't even fill up your liver glycogen completely. lyle mcdonald recommends 15-16 grams/kg body weight. how often you carb load should be based on your desire for performance versus fat loss. the more you carb load...
nicotine withdrawal is pretty easy to get over. it's slightly more uncomfortable than quitting caffeine after high dosing for a long time. i think the risks of becoming hooked are significantly lower with gum than cigs. there is something extra going on with cigarette addiction... maybe the...
your thyroid levels are fine. low carb diets are expected to lower t3 levels and this is fine.
with your carb count at 50 grams and such a high protein intake you are most likely teetering in and out of ketosis. i would lower the carbs and the protein. up the fats a little if you want to fill...
