been lifting on and off since i was sixteen, only until about a year ago did i start training seriously and watching my intake. i had always dismissed supplements, i thought the all natural way was the best. but for me genetically i guess it wasn't. i got poor results in terms of definition but good gains in strength. a friend turned me on to a few supps and i did some research myself and with in the last 6 months i have cut bf by about 7% (was 21%, now im about 12.5 give or take.) I was hovering right around 200 with 21% bf but now im around 185 with 12.5% still looking to get into the single digits but im realizing there is no real short cut to determination. but there are short cuts to transformation.
