    Correct, I ran the Himalaya with my cycle and it worked great, 3-4 a day seems a little much i just did two a day and I got the gains that I was looking for, I will be using PES Erase as my PCT

    Im finishing the cycle now, got about four days left, honestly no sides but everyone's body is different so your body may respond differently to the supplement . I got real good strength gains some moderate size and did hold a little bit of water.

    Liver support is a must man when using PH's you will also need a good PCT with it as well, but everyone's body reacts different to supplements put in them so no one person can tell you exactly what can happen, I finishing up on a cycle of SOS 500 right now, I did use a liver support.
