i would say do a 75 100 100 100 100 100 is okay if you can handle it might be a little rough on the liver make sure you have cycle assist and you should be great
First you need to get a plan you cant just jump into it there are alot of stuff you would need to run a prohormone...but supplement wise get a good protien multi and creatine thats a great start and something like 4000 cals a day to gain some mass
