    Agreed. I will switch to HIIT for cardio and up my cals incrementally. Still hoping a 6 week cycle of lower dose Osta will help.     Ok so ultimate would to get down to around 10-12% BF (trying to be realistic) and put on 7 pounds of muscle in a year. I did put on muscle uring the 5 years I lifted but I would say it wss realistically between 1 and 2 pounds per year.
