There is going to be a ton of opinions here. That is normal. But in my opinion doing a 5 to 6 day split would be more effective. Hitting body parts multiple times a week in different ways each session.

i have been using the shoulders and traps now. i was using it to tighten up my chest it worked but enough is enough lol.
i am seeing full on abs lol i eat junk all day and how the hell do i have abs? has to be the tds now i just need a tan to show them off lol
