    Interesting.. I didn't think the keto stix worked that quickly.. I was just assuming by feel.. when I'm in ketosis I never have that low blood sugar feeling i have when I'm not, and 14g of carb on an empty stomach like that would give me that feeling. Not very scientific, but all I had to go on :)

    Scottyo, I have done a lot of reading regard biotin in the past and most of what I find indicates that biotin deficiency is only an issue with people who discard the yolk. An egg yolk contains 25 mcgs of Biotin.. the only thing containing more than that to my knowledge is liver. I'm looking...

    Dunno why, but I always seem to lift better when I haven't eaten for a few hours... 2 is probably the closest I want anything other than a little bit of protein. Maybe my stomach is just too sensitive. :(

    Not in my experience bobo.. maybe w/ a meal of fat and protein, but 14 liquid grams on a relatively empty stomach like that has brought me out. I think everyone's just different.

    They have a good Omega3-Omega6 ratio and they seem to be pretty packed w/ fiber.. and they don't taste bad... It couldn't hurt to try to get more green vegetables too.. that will keep you movin'. -Ryan

    hahah I won't recommend it to others, but the chances of getting salmonella from the fresh eggs I get are less than dying on the way home from work. Plus eggs have biotin out the wazoo so they make up for it. and the 40% protein absorbtion.. well.. eggs are cheap :P
