    5g of L-Citrulline is hardly underdosed. OP is absolutely desired you could take 1.5 scoops for 7.5g of L-Citrulline and still be at a better price per serving.

    I like alpha yo in a ECY stack instead of normal yohimbine hcl. I notice my HR goes up about 10-20bpm depending on the day and workout. I use it fasted in the AM for cardio and then often a lifting workout as well. Definitely cosign the notion that it suppresses appetite for a long time after...
