    hooking your fingers (not hook grip) is better than gripping the bar way up in your palm. hard to explain. but basically the bar should be in your fingers, not way up in your palm.

    the MGF should be injected 12 hours before the IGF. They both should be 12 hours apart....

    What pins have you got? for 1cc of aa in the 1mg of IGF... 1ml slin pin, each tick is 20mcg 1/2ml slin pin, each tick is 10mcg etc
