    I would go at least 6 weeks 50/75/75/75/75/75 pct - nolva 20/20/10/10 start using cycle assist a week or two before you start your cycle to load up and use throughout pct

    no but I have done a ton of research and am aware of the sides, precautions, and importance of a pct. I have gathered that bold and jungle warfare are both mild ph's that would be fit for a beginner due to an easy pct and low sides.
