Well, been lifting off and on for over 12 years now. Seem to get into it in the winter and then back out on my damn bicycle in the summer. Basically, I ride off all that I gained over the winter. But this year is different. I am without a bike so I am back in the gym early! Goal is to get back up to 190 and stay close to that.
One cycle under my belt last year and not sure if I will do it again. Good gains for a basic cycle but was way too stressed. Could have been better if I had a better grip on my diet towards the end.
Just back in the gym after basically a 3 month lay off so all lifts are very light now. Over the winter was up to

Should be able to get back up there in a couple of months.
