    I never noticed any benefits preworkout vs splitting it up. I suppose some people could feel more aggression or energy from it, but for me it was a slow build up over time. I split 3 AM and 3 PM. I tried 3/3/3 but it wasn't a noticeable difference.

    Alpha One had some small strength increases solo for me, but mostly noticed better muscle fullness all day and pumps in the gym. I even like it at 1/day which then allows other products in the budget too.
