Another quick update
Week 7th:
Pinned the last shot of DECA and now running test alone for two more weeks.
So far made some progress. Up by 20lbs. Managed to add 75lbs on squat and 70lbs on weighted pull ups and 70lbs on parallel bar weighted dips as well.

Just a quick update.
So far 4 weeks on Test.E + Deca + Proviron and I am 16 lbs up with good strength gains as well.
Just got my BP checked today and I was surprised with the reading: 110/60 - which was lower than my expectation. Especially while being on gear for 4 weeks. :)

In the 4th week of my cycle. I'm up by 14lbs and poundages have gone up for all exercises. Everyone has started noticing the change in gym as well as outside too.
