    What exactly do you have access too? Back was my best body part hands down when body building, and I wasnt blessed with a naturally large back, I created it with lots of hard work and time, but I have helped many people to achieve big gains in back muscle when they thought it couldnt be done.

    Doesnt sound like a bad idea if its something you enjoy. I know jump roping is great cardio and if you can make it extra intense, it will definitely work to keep you in good shape. Let us know how it goes!

    I would do 15 mins HIIT post workout, or 20 mins HIIT in the mornings. I personally think its best to be sipping on BCAAs, I believe your body performs on a much higher level when in a fed state which will end up helping you burn more overall calories from a more intense workouts.

    Heavy weight training with 15mins HIIT 3 days a week. Eat clean, good fats, low GI carbs, high protein...try not to combine a significant amount of carbs and fat at any meal. Thats about all I can tell you based of the little I truly know about you.
