Do it again but you're probably going to need a "blue-rinse" it's the purple coloured toning stuff that people who have a tendency to end up ginger /orange use to remove the redness.

Good workouts JD, I do a lot of foam rolling, also you can use a lacrosse ball to great effect for trigger points... And I use a yantra mat every night which is great for the back and relaxation
You've been such a soldier and an inspiration, I can't imagine how you feel right now, you must be apprehensive and excited all at the same time mate - good luck with your final workout hope it's epic and you enjoy it!!!

Minimal detergent, light cycle... Something like a wool wash (which is what we do) and hang dry (weather permitting) if not I stick them on top of a radiator cabinet (we have central heating for winter)
Been doing that over a year now, no issues at all
