after (2) L5/S1 surgeries within a 3 month span (last year) and a full year completely off the weights, I'm back to repping 245. Feening for 305! Slow process!

grab some quaker Oats and on the inside lid there's a recipe for cookies...(add desired amount of PB/Banana. personally I like about 1 1/2 cups PB/2 bananas) I also make Oatmeal/PB/Banana Pancakes once in a while...my 3 yr old Loves them.

@CaryK The first was to grind down my shoulder joint and repair a torn labrum. The second, was a "Mumford" procedure where they had to remove about 3/4" of my collar bone/shoulder bone.
