Alright meant to start Monday which is also the day I got the flu shot.
Well the flu shot didnt agree with me, go figure. I plan on starting my log tomorrow (Wed) and will post a link. Here I was thinking the shot would be good for me but I got a case of flu symptoms for 48 hours. Anyway...

I have done a few logs. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week and actually have not been on a preworkout for about almost 2 weeks now.
I tend to be very detailed with my logs and dependable to keep them updated.
