    You should have never taken the steroid without having your whole cycle planned out. You should have all of your supplements on hand just in case something were to go wrong and you would have to start your post early.

    Also, what should my diet look like. I've talked to people who suggest carb loading. Right now I plan on eating about 100g of protein through chicken and supplementing another 100-125g. I've been following the paleo diet in which I cut out most all carbs except for fruit and veggies.
