I stopped ultra-running after 15 years and decided to get back into lifting in December 2010 after getting sick and losing 15 lbs. I bulked up 32 lbs. in 7 months using an HST style body building routine. Cut 10 lbs. and lost focus for a few months so I switched to a modified (belt only) Westside Barbell routine September 2011 to have weekly goals for motivation.
