    Not a whole lot in gains since I was dropping weight at the time. My goal was retaining muscle mass and strength while cutting and I think it was great for that purpose. There was always a few pounds of water that would come off during the down weeks.

    Actually I bought a bottle of 5mg caps for just that purpose. I never ran anything for pct with the dbol, butI'm not sure I'd get away with it with the super. I did 2 on 2 off three times and then took a full month. It was very helpful in retaining muscle during a major calorie deficit.

    I've had good experience with dbol 10-15mg daily2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I'd like to try it with superdrol but I fear it would shut me down.

    That's very impressive considering the unequipped or "raw" record in the US for that weight class is 575 lbs.

    Did you run a full pct? I've been thinking about a twice a week pulse for awhile. I only lift twice a week anyway due to training for other sports.

    Cissus saved me when I used epi. I'll never do epi again because of the joint pain.

    Dbol's great. Bloat will depend a lot on how you eat as well as dose. No need to blow up if you don't want to. It's cheap so just get more to go with the test when the time comes.

    Benzos are nice. I have experience with lorazepam and clonazepam as well. Very helpful. What about a little weed?

    I love working out at home. My weights are all old standard plates (lots of 50's), and my squat stands are homemade from pipe welded into old car rims. Weight is weight man, as long as you can do the basics.

    I've got some IBE formex kicking around here. I originally used some for pct after an epistane pulse, and felt like it gave me as big a boost as the actual epi. I'm just trying to set something up for this stuff. Would it be useful during a pmag cycle, or on off days during a dbol pulse? What...

    Thanks for the reply. I have a fair bit of both on hand, and haven't run either one solo yet. Once I run them on my own and see how I respond, I guess I can go from there. Maybe I'll respond well to low doses, and then I can revisit the idea of the bridge with a two week overlap.
