    I like to find my tdee then multiply .4 x body weightin fats eat gram per lbs for protein fill in the rest with carbs and I start cutting carbs first then some fat I never lower the protein.

    Push/pull/leg /push/pull/leg/rest I train strength/hypo/strength/hypo I switch up exercises every two months if I plateau.

    That's a great stack ! Use it all the time but I don't use max dose. I never feel the need to get great pumps on 1 scoop and 2 caps
