    Tribol 60 which has Phera, superdrol, and Tren in it. Friend of mine used it. we were supposed to cycle it together but I traded mine in. He went from like 220 to 280 for bench. Sickkkk bulking ph but that stuff will def give you a limp noodle.

    I did a modified tricep pullup and after I finished when I tried to grip it felt like my fingers and my palm were similar magnetic forces lmao they would not close. thanks for the input.

    What also helps me a lot is that when I would do the chest press machine and different free weights, instead of the full motion of the lift, extend out completely with the weight and do short bursts with it for explosiveness.
