    Might wanna try a pre-workout powder like N.O. explode or Superpump Max. (many others but those two r the most popular and dont taste too bad) Why I like em is no matter how worn out I am after work, you can slam one of those and your ready to kill!

    Yeah' I read a couple reviews on the book on amazon, they said its brutal. Book claims author gained 11 pounds in ten days. Not sure if thats possible but I'm gonna try it out in a few weeks.

    Havnt read it all yet. But it has different plan each week. One of them has a protein starvation day, followed by protein load/excess calorie period while doing same excersize (sqauts) 5 days in a row for 40 min. 3 reps at a time with 20 sec rest dropping weight load when approaching fail.
