    Yeah man, it dissolved just fine! I've since ditched the straight GMS, however, and am trying out Hemavol instead. I'm late, I know haha. I'm thinking Hemavol + ArA + ABE + LCLT should be solid, had a pretty sick pump the other day.

    Lol, I mixed my GMS in hot coffee the only time I tried it solo, so I can't really speak on the taste. That sounds good though, I might opt for ALCAR over LCLT for a future ArA run and see if I notice any difference.

    I was going to include GMS with my ArA + ABE stack, which I just started, but I elected to just take my pre-workout instead, which has some GMS in it anyway (Katana). Doubt it would make much difference either way. I am, however, taking 2g LCLT along with my 1.5g ArA pre-workout (5x/week).

    PA causes bloat? I can tolerate water retention on a cut, otherwise it's way too discouraging. Might just stick with ArA + ABE + LCLT.

    Damn, really? That seems like overkill! Plus it may be too much Forskolin...I got headaches dosing pure F-95 at 100mg/day, felt fine for the last couple weeks at 50mg/day, going to see how 75mg/day feels this week.

    AlphaMax has me interested, but I already have ArA + ABE + GMS + LCLT ready for a lean bulk in the near future.

    Ok, thanks. When would the ideal time to dose my EP cap be, given my current stack? Should I pop one with my YHCL pre-cardio or take it with one of my meals? Or does it not really matter?

    The water retention hasn't been drastic by any means, but it's certainly there. I am just concerned that the dried out appearance that Erase Pro is supposed to give you will be masked by the water retention caused by YHCL. Although, it won't matter once I discontinue use of YHCL anyway, I suppose.

    I use NOW Whey Isolate and just add fruit, cocoa, peanut butter, etc. for flavoring.
  13. Intermittent Fasting + Resistance Training = Shred City

    Same here. Been doing IF + Carb Cyling on this cut for a couple months now and getting nice results. I actually look forward to upping my fats on off days despite the minimal carbs, especially since I have higher carb days to look forward to. I like the variety.
