Since I already use NAC pre-workout, I assume 300-500mg of Vit C would be either...
Is it assumed that we can use the same sodium nitrate that is used for curing meats? (assuming we take it with 500mg of Vit C)
Reason being is that a kg of NaNO3 is pretty cheap.
-> Needs sublingual dosage.
-> Get bulk powder
-> 20-60mg dosage
-> dose 2-4x/day (short half life)
-> Hits fast, so take it 10 min pre-workout.
Personally noticed increased strength + reps.
Fat loss is there on just maintenance calories.
