30-10-30 is awesome. I actually modified it in the end to what I call 12-3. Its 12 second eccentric then 3 reps cycled as much as possible with a target of 3 to 5 cycles. 1 set only. I love it but don't expect anyone to try it because it sounds weird.
I've tried a lot of stuff, natural only but I'm a sucker for trying to find the next creatine.
2 things worked well; Massive Muscle Fuel (Australian but maybe you can ship), and iSatori Maxon.
HMB is an honorable mention, it was pretty good.

Everyone ITT this is addicted if they can't go off the drugs which can kill them in a pandemic. Or worsen the potential permanent lung damage and wreck their fitness for life.
