    Fiber from the flax, wheat germ and/or oatbran will reduce the net carb load some. I don't do this regularly either, but poster said he is having trouble with raiding the pantry. I feel confident, this snack would be MUCH better than say, a box of ding dongs. LOL

    No goat whey. Ig testing - he is eliminating milk. Cow's milk proteins and goat milk proteins are usually identified as the same thing by the body. Don't do goat LeanGuy! (I am highly allergic to milk... I feel your pain. LOL)
