I am enlisting in the military soon, and my cardio is absolutely not where I want it to be. I've been running every day for weeks now, but can't seem to crush my plateau. Any advice on how to break my plateau? Been doing hill sprints and long runs.
My buddy and I are having an argument on body fat percentage. I am arguing that 7% body fat is shredded as hell with good muscle mass. He is saying anything under 18.5 is underweight and unhealthy. Any credible info to offer?

I'm about to start using a supplement called Test Extreme. I was sold on the product on a whim as I was convinced by the man saying "double the quickness of recovery time." I don't have any evidence that proves otherwise but I'm looking for any additional information on it.
