Inferno is legit - had me seeking anything to destroy, people, barbells, doesn't matter.
Ended up pulling a few deadlift singles at 185kg (BW 64kg) - and having not deadlifted in almost 2 months I put it largely down to the fact that I was so jacked up on inferno...
Don't want a sample of any pre-workout because I know I'll probably snap and go postal on every bodybuilding twig in the place.. and there's a lot of them hahaha

All I know is that yesterday when I did 10 singles with <1min rest between them at 2.2*BW (maybe 90%+ of my true 1RM) that it feels ****ing amazing. I'm on keto and fully agree that for optimum strength gains while staying lean it's the only way to go. Don't need any paper to tell me how I feel!
