I carry a cooler to work every day. I have stashes of what I call emergency food in my desk at work. Stashes consists of protien bars, nuts and cans of sardines. I love them little stinky bastards. Every time I open a can reminds me of the movie scent of a women(good mourning ladies) :lol: ...
I don't care for the AM makes me tired. I drag ass most of the day. Anyone else have this problem and what did you do if anything? I'm making sure to keep my carbs up in the AM thinking that was it...maybe I'll try just the PM dose.
