I second R1balla on the clean and dirty comment, I personally opt for the dirty because it takes a lot of calories for me to gain weight so I need to eat anything I can get my hands on. Also I notice a little more strength gains when bulking dirty. You can hit cardio after each workout to help...
I thought I posted to this post already but anyway I was saying I just picked up a 3VO at a nutrition shop by my gym, it holds 3 different supplements at the same time
Pumphouse said it best, food is number one. Protein is the first supplement I would buy, second would be creatine and third would be a pre-workout if you want a boost in the gym
