Well anymore, theres all sorts of variations to virtually every workout, I've done GVT and could never start out with a pure 100, But yes the true GVT is 10x10: no exceptions.
It is, but it takes a few weeks to rep out an honest 100, start out with your highest tolerance level, if your putting up 10x10 the first week your weight's too light. I dont believe that's his workout, just a joke :)
Ya im going to stick with the cycle assist as well. After all revisions, is this cycle ready to be ran as:
Week 0:Cycle assist 4x2 per day (8)
Cylcle: 50/50/75/75/*50* H-Drol
Week 1:H-drol 2 caps per day/ CA same
Week 2:H-drol 2 caps per day/ CA same
Week 3:H-drol 3 caps per day/ CA Same...
Ya, my dosing would be moddest considering its my first PH cycle:
50/50/75/75/75??/50??, weeks 5 & 6 aren't determined yet to see how im going to be feeling after a month. Do those dosages suffice? Keep in mind it is the first PH im using, so im all ears to any critiquing lower/higher.

Ya I planned on possibly needing more H-drol but not for certain yet. As with the PCT i've read more than less about H-drol being significantly mild compared to most PH's. Along with DTP would you recommend CEL PCT assist? or is that virtually two of the same, rendering it useless? I dont...
