    Pics would really help to see where you're at. Also, how long have you been training? The whole process of adding muscle and reducing body fat is usually a long process. You have to be patient as annoying as that might sound. Just keep at it and make the necessary adjustments along the way.

    If youre trying to get down to 8% in the shortest amount of time possible, IIFYM is not the way to go. Stage the metabolism with clean food and meal frequency. Alter calories/macros as needs be to reduce body fat. Skip Load once a week to help improve the whole process.

    Carb cycling is effective but it isnt necessary or optimal. Go slightly over your maintenance calories by 300 to 400 calories. Incorporate Skip Load over the wkend to get metabolism to kick even more and refill glycogen. Save IF when you are trying to dial it while on restricted calories.

    Azoth and Total Energy have worked very well for me. My work days are 18 hours long and it can be brutal staying focused with minimal sleep. Total Energy is my favorite to help me get me thru the day. Its very mild but effective. Also, their owner, Prady, is very customer service oriented.

    GI is not given as much attention as it did years ago. A lot comes into play to setting up your nutrition program so its optimized. The most important component is to make the necessary adjustments along the way. GI has its place, but it's something that cannot be solely relied upon.
