    I'm on day 6 of my M1T cycle. WOW!! I started with 20 mg/day I think I'll stay there. I'm up 5lbs and my strenght is unreal. At least 10% on every lift for more reps. I have so much energy when i workout that I end up doing 5 or 6 excercises with 4 to 5 sets each and I'm not even tired...

    i was just wondering if anyone has an opinion of what kind of training is best when on a ph run. I've usually used heavy duty and heavy/low rep with moderate volume.     Thanks for the help I think I'll go with the superdrol. I have nolvadex for pct. Figuring that I'll do 20mg/day x 2 weeks then 10 mg/day x 2 weeks for pct then take a month or so off and hit a cutting cycle or some kind.
