I take bcaas 3 times a day. First thing in the morning then at noon with meal then at night with last meal of the day. I do this when I'm trying to bring up a body part or put on overall thickness.
Definitely takes supplements and a calorie surplus but it can be done easily if those areas are all good! Stim free preworkout that you can take morning and night and a good bcca & protein supplement that digest well. Doing this without all this is also possible[emoji16]
Exactly! Since my calories have increased since my bulk I've been at the point where I'm about to puke every leg day. I also switched up my intensity with training so I limit my rests.
Ya it's an amazing pump and if you use light moderate weight that can be controlled and it's also a great way to build the chest because the recovery time isn't bad at all.
For muscle mass gains I recently started with low weight high reps but now my program consists of working sets with moderate weight that's able to be controlled but heavy enough for a good stretch! I will do high reps with the ending 20 reps being forced up usually by partner or using cheat...
This is my first post btw..I would have to say a good pump was when I tried a variation of Serge Nubret's old school routine of Flat barbell press 20 sets 20 reps 15-35 seconds max rest. I couldn't even touch my shoulders after. It was amazing.
