Sure does. You could do 3 full body...or something along the lines of a four day split, but hit the weights MWF and just rotate the four
Since reaching the mid thirties ive had my best progress in a while going this route.
A stationary bike, with the giant fan and hand grips that u can row...thats an awful explanation...but dropping 3 pounds (all water weight of course) can be done quick
Why does everyone jump right to supps? Maybe you dont enjoy the battle...you want the results but just dont like it. Youre probably not depressed (cause u would know) if u are never motivated u arent missing the secret, this just isnt ur thing
Pause squats were a great way for me to learn to stay tight in the hole, and i had some strength gains while doing them weekly for about six months. Not much growth though, but the rest of my training wasnt focusing on hypertrophy so im sure that factored in.

For the first time in my lifting career ive attempted the floor press and as the title states...its poop. Im running a conjugate program and cycled this in as a max effort. Its about 70% of my max bench. Obviously a weakness, how else do u impliment this movement other than a rotated max...
Get ur throat and stomach scoped. Worst it could be an ulcer, best it could be a hiatal hernia (stomach is forced too high) which is what i deal with. I take lanzoprazole daily, but thats on docs recommendation after getting it checked. If you experience it alot some serious irreversible...
Thanks all...basically what i figured. Haha. Think im going to try an extra day once a week for about a 20 minute arm session. I generally get 3 sets of bi and tri direct work at the end of upper days, but after a couple weeks i start skippin it more and more. Thanks again all
Thanks for the responses. My goal is to finally bench 3 plates. do MWF lifting day, 2 upper 2 lower rotation. More rest days than i used to have but as age keeps rollin...
I do agree that its important to work bis as it helps elbow pains....just really dislike it
