    I agree with db tricep kickbacks, great developer if done correctly, and not to "impress" your gym buddies. Strict form is what makes these "pop" the triceps....not huge weight, it's more of the squeeze and hold at the top of the movement that really works.

    Try skullcrushers, they are awesome tri developers, hammer curls for bi always helps outer bicep and I believe helps lengthen into your forearm muscles also

    As your form improves, so will tour feeling and development up your back. I used to hate deads because I had a bad lower back, now I love the power. It will come, just follow what these guys have said, make sure your form is corrrect.

    Thanks, PP. Gonna look into trying to get some tam. I just can't decide on whether to stop the pulse and go ED. I have heard so many different opinions on the subject. Think I may just stick at 40mg on work days and go to 20mg on off days and either get some tam or get post cycle therapy from AI.
