It depends. I've never run DMZ or SuperD alone, so I can't assign the effects to just the oral compound, but had what I believe to be good results at 50mg DMZ for 6 weeks (gained 18 lbs to 258#) and 4 weeks of superD at 16mg (gained 8lbs. to 240#). Both times run with Trest/Test. DMZ is...
Panic attacks, no... but I recently ran a 4-week on superdrol (same-ish compound, really) and found myself feeling depressed about an hour after taking the tab each day. Only a 16mg dose, but I noticed it and started logging those feelings in my spreadsheet I use for tracking...
I’ve been running this program for 38 weeks, with a few tweaks similar to those described above. Slightly increased volume for the chest and back, swapped a few exercises around to suit my needs, etc. The volume seems low, but the fatigue catches up to you... I promise! I now program in a...
Welcome! Don’t forget to search the board for previous threads if you have any questions... you can usually find your answers buried in here somewhere.
I have to agree with the crowd here... I’m on trt and my enhanced TT is only 80 points higher than your natural levels, and I feel great. I suspect something else is going on... I don’t know the ref range or method used to get your free T, but that number means more that TT. SHBG levels...

Have you considered a boron and/or zinc supplement? Boron has been shown to knock down SHBG levels by as much as 30% at a 12mg/day dose. Can’t post the links... but NIH papers and others show the well documented effects.

Mooseknuckle1 - I think you’ll like it. The appetite stimulation is rough in the first couple of weeks. I was literally insatiable. I went to a split dose (am/pm) for a couple of weeks and that helped. After a month a tried the full am dose again, and the hunger sides didn’t recur. I did...
“What is your latest bloodwork show for TT, FT and E2? What is your PSA doing?”
My latest bloods at 8 weeks showed total T at 625 ng/dL, free T at 19 pg/dL (ref range 6.8 - 21.5), E2 at 26 pg/ml (ref range 7.6 - 42.6) and PSA is 0.7. Even though the E2 was in range, I was experiencing sore...
