    Assuming 1:1 ratio, I'd expect it to supply just over 250mg per gram as citrulline is a little larger than leucine.

    As stated previously, no nitrates in citrulline malate. Based on molecular weights, leucine significantly outweighs the nitrate portion (131.17 g/mol vs 63.02 g/mol) so I would anticipate about 670mg leucine and 330mg HNO3- per gram of leucine nitrate.

    I think at this stage in your journey, a "cycle" of any kind is largely unnecessary and just consistent exercise and diet will serve you well. With that said, I think you would benefit from dropping some bf first, yes.
